How long does shipping typically take?
Standard domestic orders are processed within 2-3 business days and typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International shipping times vary by location, generally ranging from 10-21 business days.
What is your return policy for masks and costumes?
Due to the nature of our products, masks and costume items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, items that have been worn cannot be returned.
Are your masks made from natural latex?
Yes, the majority of our high-end collector masks are hand-crafted using high-quality natural latex. If you have a latex allergy, please check the specific product descriptions for alternative materials.
Do you offer pre-orders for new seasonal releases?
Absolutely. We offer pre-orders for upcoming collections. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire shipment will be held until all items are available.
How should I store my mask to ensure its longevity?
To preserve the paint and latex, we recommend storing your mask on a wig stand or stuffed with acid-free paper in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme heat.
