Returns & Exchanges

At Trick Or Treat Studios, we want you to be thrilled with your transformation, but if your mask or apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring masks are not folded or crushed, and include your packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
